We set out to print our own circuit board using hacks that we found on the net. It all started with a circuit design that was translated from the prototype into a vector art app, which was then printed onto treated paper using a laser printer. We then transferred the print onto copper covered fiberglass and put it through an etching process that removes the negative areas of the design, leaving only the circuit tracks. It was a lot of fun and took a few designs to get it right. Although very simple in design, the final circuit works very well. Check the sweet Lexhag Logo…
