Drips and goo

We get closer to the finished sign. The board has been cut and painted, but still needs the wiring and arduino installed. The black dribble looks good with the letters, but the shape of the goo isn’t there yet.  The goo is made from Gel coat, which we dribbled onto cling film and left to set. It takes quite a while to go off (in winter), so is time consuming to test. Another idea, not shown here, would be to make a “pink hairy skin dribble”. I like the idea that one of the letters is changing state in some way…
